About Us
The Mamaroneck Youth Hockey Association (MYHA) is a private, non-profit, parent-run organization founded in 1994. Our goal is to provide a community-oriented atmosphere for kids 18 and younger to compete in the sport of ice hockey. Our program is sanctioned under USA Hockey with teams playing in various leagues across the NY and Northeast area.
Under the MYHA charter, there are three organizations:
- The Mamaroneck Tigers boys and girls hockey program is available to players ages 5-14 playing in the 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U divisions. The majority of our players are Mamaroneck and Larchmont residents; however, players from the surrounding communities are welcome to tryout and participate. Tigers teams compete in either the L.I.A.H.L or the H.V.H.L. with teams competing across B, A1, A, and AA levels based on the current season roster.
- The STATELINE HAWKS™ girls hockey program was formed in Spring 2022 through a merger between the Greenwich Skating Club and Mamaroneck Youth Hockey Association programs. Players predominantly come from Westchester and Fairfield counties, but also reach out to Long Island as well as Putnam, Rockland and Dutchess counties. Stateline Hawks™ teams play in highly competitive leagues including NYSAHA and AGHF, and play in recognized tournaments throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. 14U, 16U and 19U top teams are National Bound.
- The RAMS hockey program was launched in 2023 in partnership with the Rye Rangers hockey program. The two programs, Rye and MYHA, built the RAMS club to offer an even more competitive environment for players 15 years+ and committed to hockey as their primary sport. RAMS teams will compete in either the L.I.A.H.L or the H.V.H.L..

MYHA Scholarship & Development Fund
The goal of the MYHA Scholarship and Development Fund is to raise money to support the growth and advancement of the MYHA program and its teams. The program’s objective is to promote hockey participation within the Mamaroneck/Larchmont community and to improve the competitive level of play of all teams in the program.
Funds raised will be allocated by the Board to assist players and families with a demonstrated need for financial support, supplement the budget to enhance skill development of all players, allow the Board to continue to attract and retain high quality coaches, and to promote the growth of hockey in our community.
